Payment Method

Now only bank offline transfer is available (for customer residence in Thailand).

  • Please transfer the indicated amount to our bank account that will be shown in the payment instruction (after checkout).

  • After payment, please notify us of your payment in "PAYMENT NOTIFICATION" tab on this website or you can send us the transfer evidence (transfer bill or bank confirmation) with an order number via any channel. (Email, Facebook, Line, etc).

For credit card payment, please contact us via any channels.

Shipping Information

  1. Before shipping, every order will be well packed in the box.

  2. We will ship the order within 5 days after received the transfer evidence.

  3. Rate & Delivery

    • For customer residence inside Thailand, the product will be sent through Thailand Post Office using EMS (or equivalent logistic) with an additional 50 THB  fee.

    • For customer residence outside Thailand, the order will be sent through Thailand Post Office using Surface Air Lifted (SAL) Package* with an additional 500 THB fee.

    • Noted that we will not bear any burden that occurred from custom tax or duty fees. Please contact your customs office for more information. 

    • According to the shipping agency's policy, the battery may not be allowed for shipping. So, we may have to ship the product without a battery.

 

Warranty

  1. Every product comes with 6 months warranty (180 days) starting from order paid date which the warranty card will be along with the product in the package.

  2. The warranty will cover only products with manufacturing errors. Thus, it won't cover battery, extra accessories, non-manufacturing errors and any damage from customer uses (for example adjustment, non-conform usage, fall from high-ground damage, etc).

  3. We have no return & refund policy yet, but we will change a new product for you.

  4. Claiming

    • In the situation that you are willing to claim the product, please contact us via any channel (Email, Facebook, Line, etc.) and indicate the reason why you wish to claim as well as order numbers, pictures of product and warranty card.

    • Afterward, we will contact you as soon as possible. Noted that, we will not any burden on any fees that occurred from sending the products back to us.
